(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN) The Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment committed by the 6th respondent by way of illegally erecting shed on the grama Panchayat road comprised in S.No.72, situated at Palangottai Village, Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Tenkasi District on the basis of Petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and 2/5

perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has circulated the photographs of the site where the encroachment made by the private respondent. The photographs indicate that the entire encroachment has been removed.

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed ot. No costs.
