The writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no. 3 and 4 would submit that already the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2025 was considered and after an enquiry, it was closed by advising the parties to approach the civil Court being the appropriate forum.
3. The leaned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents Page No. 2 of 4
no.1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under enquiry and the same is sill pending.
4. Since the representation of the petitioner is under enquiry, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2025. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.205 in accordance with law on merits within one week from the date of this Order.
5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
