Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time of the operation of the order in Crl.OP(MD)No.19052 of 2021, dated 02.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to financial crisis, the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
