COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned orders, dated 22.12.2017 on the file of the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Louis in both W.Ps.

For Respondents : Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan in both W.Ps.

Special Government Pleader.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions, with liberty to file fresh writ petitions, with correct and relevant particulars with supporting documents and also made endorsements to that effect.

2.In the light of the endorsements so made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, is granted. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
