ORDER

The petitioner is the employee as Secretary in the third respondent Society. He was suspended by order dated 26.09.2017 by the President, who is the third respondent herein. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the President has no jurisdiction to issue the said order of suspension. In any event, the petitioner herein has moved the second respondent by lodging a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on 08.12.2017.

3.Considering the urgency of the situation, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation in accordance with law and on merits. Such order will be passed within a period of four weeks from today.
