ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.574 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, for offence under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C. Act, 1955. The petitioners were under judicial custody from 29.11.2014. They have come forward with this petition seeking bail.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are A.1 and A.2 and they are loadmen and they are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks bail for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are loadmen and they loaded 45 bags of PDS rice in the third accused vehicle and the PDS rice has been seized. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.
5. In the result, this petition is ordered and bail is granted to the petitioners on the following conditions: - (i) The Petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.VI, Tiruchirappalli; and (ii) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 30/12/2014 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
