ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Tahsildar Papanasam submitted a report stating that necessity for separate burial ground is not an issue prevailing presently in that locality. People in 2/4

that locality are living peacefully and therefore, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. More so, the petitioner also died. Since it is a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), this Court is not inclined to undertake any further adjudication. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
