O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent, the Inspector of Police, S.S.Kottai Police Station, Sivagangai District, to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members as and when required by the petitioner, on the basis of his representation, dated 07.12.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.12.2015 has been duly considered and survey has been conducted and to that effect, the petitioner has also given a letter, dated 15.12.2015, to the respondent police, which has been produced before this Court.

3. Since the survey has already been conducted, no further orders are required. The copy of the survey report may be furnished to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
