2015 made in Crl.A.Nos. 38&39 of 2014 by confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli made in S.T.C.Nos. 242 and 243 of 2013 dated 18.03.2014 pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C.(MD)Nos.336 and 337 of 2016. Order : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner in both the Cases the Court made the following order:- Since the sentence is suspended and bonds will be executed, these Petitions are unnecessary and closed.
