2.Crl.MP(MD) No.7217 of 2026 is filed to extend the interim suspension of sentence granted by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.2886 of 2026, dated 17.02.2026.

3.Crl.MP(MD) No.7217 of 2026 is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, vide order dated 17.02.2026 in Crl.MP(MD) No.2886 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD) No.190 of 2026. 4.This Court, by its order, dated 17.02.2026 has granted interim suspension of sentence to the petitioner till 06.03.2026, considering that the trial Court has granted interim suspension of sentence to him till 18.02.2026 and the respondent was not ready with the case.

5.After grant of interim suspension of sentence till 06.03.2026, the application has not been listed and the petitioner has not even taken any steps to list this matter before this Court. It is also 3/6

reported that after expiry of the interim suspension period till 06.03.2026, the petitioner has not surrendered so far. 6.Considering the conduct of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, Crl.MP(MD) No. 2886 of 2026 is dismissed, with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court, namely, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram and file an application for regular bail. 7.In view of the order passed in Crl.MP(MD) No.2886 of 2026 in Crl.A(MD) No.190 of 2026, Crl.MP(MD) Nos.7217 & 7219 of 2026 are closed.
