The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members to protect their life and limb on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 03.12.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.12.2015, an enquiry has been duly conducted and the same has been closed.

respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
