The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner appointing a fit person vide Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.769/2018/Aa1, dated 02.07.2020 which is the subject matter of W.P(MD)No.7886 of 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
