Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A3/1986/2013 dated 15.04.2015 confirmed in appeal by 2nd respondent in Mu.Mu.No.3272/2015/Vu dated 03.12.2015, confirmed in revision by 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka No.18954/2016 dated 26.04.2017 which was reviewed in review petition by the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/10954/2017 dated 04.08.2017, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner in any of the IMFL shop in Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
