Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay expenses of the petitioner, LW 21 and that of YVES MICHEL ACOSTA REYNAUD LW 22 as well as the expenses and fees of the translator for attending and deposing in the trial in SC 109/13 on the file of the Mahila Court at Madurai.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the second respondent / Director General of Police sanctioned the amount and also transferred the same to the third respondent / Superintendent of Police.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also produced the copy of the order dated 20.02.2018 passed by the second respondent before this Court. 3.In view of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
