This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 23.01.2018 given to the first and second respondent and to grant permission to conduct meeting at 04.00pm., on 11.02.2018 in front of Theradi Thedal at Tiruchendur.

2.Heard, Mr.Rajiv Rufus, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that already the third respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and granted permission for conducting meeting.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
