O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to deposit the compensation amount determined for the acquired land in S.Nos.496/3, 495/2, 496/4, 495/1A, 496/1 and 496/2 Reddiyapatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2019.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the second respondent, would submit that in view of the dispute as to the persons entitled to receive the compensation, the compensation amount has been deposited before the Principal District Court, Dindigul in L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2022.

3. The said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and work out his remedies. There shall be no order as to costs. 11.07.2025 vsm Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No To
