Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 03.11.2015. 2.
