2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is complying the weekly condition regularly from 15.05.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition already imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is

directed to appear before the respondent Police, as and when required.
