ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to mutate the revenue records as per the proceedings of the third respondent in Tho.Mu.Pa.Maa2576/ 2002Aa7 dated 18.9.2002 in the petitioner's name by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has purchased the property in S.Nos.171/6,7, 5A, 5C, 170/1 and 170/9. Earlier, the petitioner has filed an application before the third respondent to mutate the revenue records in her name. Pursuant to the same, the third respondent has already passed an order dated 18.09.2002 to transfer the patta in her name. Subsequent to the above said order, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 02.06.2017 to the second respondent seeking to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

carry out mutation in the revenue records. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the third respondent has already passed an order dated 18.09.2002 to transfer patta in favour of the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
