: Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused based on the complaint dated 30.08.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 120(b) and 506(i) of IPC., and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused based on the complaint dated 30.08.2015 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 465, 120(b) and 506(i) of IPC., and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. The Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.1154 of 2015.

3. In view of the above stated position, the 2nd respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.1154 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
