This petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners mentally and physically in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police received the complaint from the second respondent and based on the complaint, they conducted an enquiry, for that purpose, they called the petitioners for enquiry. Thereafter, the said complaint was closed. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioners.

3.Since the complaint was closed after enquiry, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
