OP(MD)No. 8605/2016 dated 07.07.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SOLAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.07.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.07.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3.
