Respondent/ Respondent in both CRPs Common Prayer: These Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to expeditious disposal of the HMOP.No.83 of 2019 and 58 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, Thirunelveli District. For Petitioner in both CRPs : Mr.S. Siva Ilayaraja COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioner to dispose of the HMOP.No.83 of 2019 and 58 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, Thirunelveli District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. According to the petitioner, he has filed HMOP.No.83 of 2019 for divorce and the respondent / wife has filed HMOP.No.58 of 2020 for restitution of conjugal rights and the same are pending before the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, Thirunelveli District.

4. Considering the fact that it is a matrimonial dispute, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, Thirunelveli District, to dispose of both the HMOP.No.83 of 2019 and 58 of 2020, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any even not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
