This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by interfering with the civil dispute.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, an enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the complaint was closed as money dispute.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and already the complaint was enquired and closed, no further order is required to be passed in the case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. No costs.
