Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2018 made in regard to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Graduate Assistant(Maths) Teacher in the third respondent school with effect from 14.10.2015 based on the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 12.02.2016 in the light of the common order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in WA.Nos.213 & 572/2016 etc., dated 24.08.2016 with all service and monetary benefits within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

proposal dated 12.02.2016 for approval of the said appointment. The petitioner has also given a representation dated 03.01.2018 in this regard.

3.The first respondent is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
