: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to constitute a coordination committee comprising District Administration and Police Department with adequate number of vehicles and personnel to remove the stray cattle (animals in general) and to levy a heavy penalty on the owners, who allow their animals to squat and stay on the road and to file a status report before this Court.
