ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. 2.What is under challenge is mere notice. Merely because in the notice, the first respondent indicated that there is a prima facie case, the petitioner cannot infer that the first respondent had predetermined the issue. The petitioner can very well give his objections before the first respondent. I am certain that the first respondent will duly take them into account before passing final order on merits. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. If the petitioner has not already given his explanation, time is extended by ten more days.

3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
