ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the case registered FIR in Crime No.342 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Nagercoil, through E-filing No.CC/21148/2022, on 22.12.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their 2/4

remedy before the appropriate forum. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
