PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned E-Tender Notification published by the 3rd Respondent through his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.Thi 7/2952/2025 dated 06.01.2026 and to quash the 1/4
same and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to reissue a fresh Tender Notification by properly following the rules and the provisions contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998, within the time stipulated by this Court.
