Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of criminal Procedure Code praying that this Hon'ble Court to directing the Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Dindigul to consider the petitioners bail application on the same day of his surrender in Cr.No.91/2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kallimandiyam Police Station, Dindigul District. Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit and material papers of the Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl side) on behalf of Respondents 1 and 2, this court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8778 of 2017 in the order dated 12.07.2017.

2. This Court by order dated 12.07.2017, granted two weeks time to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Dindigul. Since the petitioner could not appear within the time prescribed by this Court, the present petition is filed.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the time granted earlier in the order order 12.07.2017 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8778 of 2017 is extended by another period of two weeks. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly.
