ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner filed WC No.237 of 2014 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Trichy and obtained award on 15.11.2017. The said award has become final. All that the petitioner wants is enforcement of the said award.

3.It is stated that the principal award amount has been received. But the interest component has not been received. I therefore direct the first respondent to take steps as per law so that the petitioner can realise the entire fruits of the award. It shall be paid within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
