RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 6501 of 2016 dated 18.04.2016 and pass such other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.PALANIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 18.04.2016, in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6501 of 2016, directed the petitioner to appear before the Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, on all working days. But in the modification order, dated 10.06.2016 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4357 of 2016, it was wrongly mentioned as "the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6501 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation" instead of "the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 18.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P (MD)No.

6501 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, on all working days is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation".

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.On perusal of the order dated 10.06.2016, it could be seen that there is an error as stated above. Hence, paragraph No.2, of the order dated 10.06.2016, is modified as follows: "2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6501 of 2016, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, on all working days is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."

5.The Registry is directed to carryout the abovesaid correction and issue corrected copy of the order.
