RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No. 7267 of 2017 dated 13.07.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.

2.A report dated 16.08.2017 from Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil (FAC) reveals the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 18.07.2017 to 16.08.2017. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent submitted that investigation is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
