The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant appropriate permission and adequate police protection to conduct Vada Madu Manjuvirattu on 26.02.2022.

3. The writ petition is therefore dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order.
