ORDER

The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi in Cr.M.P.No. 8507 of 2023 directed the 2nd respondent police to register an F.I.R as against the respondents 3 and 4. However, the same has not been complied.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the trial Court had directed the respondent police to register F.I.R if any cognizable offence is made our. If there is no cognizable offence is made out, directed to file inquiry report. Pursuant to the same, inquiry report has been filed before the learned trial Court on 14.02.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) make it clear that the 2nd respondent police had already complied with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sivakasi by conducting proper inquiry and filing a closure report before the learned trial court on 14.02.2024.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint. 09.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No gbg To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar.
