ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 4, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.488 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, and based on that the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, has taken a case in P.R.C.No.69 of 2013 and committed the case to the Court of Sessions. He further submitted that the Principal Sessions Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tirunelveli (PCR) has taken a case on file in S.C.No.142 of 2015 and after full trial, acquitted all the accused.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
