The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 30.11.2015 and investigate into the case.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint has been closed.
3. Recording the submission of the Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent concerned is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
