This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2020 on the file of the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2020 has already been transferred in Na.Ka.No.P4/03396/106/20 to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Sathankulam, Tuticorin and now the enquiry is being conducted by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Sathankulam, Tuticorin.
