O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.8 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.8 of 2014 has been registered for the offences under Sections 120(B), 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(I) IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far, not filed any charge sheet . Hence this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report and the same was taken on file by the before learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai in C.C.No.74 of 2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
