RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2971 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1823 of 2017 dated 07.04.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.VAKEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.04.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 14.04.2017 onwards and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the case has been registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 420 of IPC inclusively, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Friday at 10.30 am for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
