ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to carry out correction in the office records as per the decree dated 08.08.2016 in O.S.No.225 of 2014 on the file of Principal Session Judge, Karur, in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.From the perusal of records, it could be seen that the petitioner without even approaching the second respondent by making any representation, has straight away approached this Court by filing this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the second respondent for the relief as sought for by him by making proper representation. No costs.
