ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner, to survey his property.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is no request so far from the Surveyor to survey the land.

3. In view of the same, no orders can be passed in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
