Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for depositing a sum of Rs.10,000/- and also for executing the sureties in Crl.OP (MD)No.9 of 2022, dated 06.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, the petitioner could not deposit the money and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
