This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned retender notification dated 18.02.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to confirm the auction conducted on 17.02.2021 in favour of the petitioner as highest successful bidder to collect Goat Butchering Fee in the Goat Slaughter house at daily market, Near New Bus Stand, Ramanathapuram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous.
