These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.(MD)Nos.22296 & 22300 of 2023 dated 03.01.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly, however, the earlier condition imposed only on 03.01.2024.
