ORDER

The petitioner is working as Junior Assistant. His grievance is that his name ought to have been included in the approved list of Assistants. He has therefore preferred an appeal before the Government through proper channel on 27.11.2017 for inclusion of his name in the approved list of Assistant for the year 2017-18. The Government is yet to pass orders thereon.

2.Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion in the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders one way or other on the petitioner's appeal dated 27.11.2017, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
