ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 11.02.2021 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents 1 to 3 on 11.02.2021 and is pending for enquiry.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, giving opportunity of hearing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 3363 of 2022 petitioner and respondents 4 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
