ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted 1/4
that all the offences are bailable in nature.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the offences are bailable in nature.
3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the intervener vehemently objected for considering the bail application and submitted that the defecto complainant is aged about 72 years and the suit is pending. He further submitted that there is a threat from the petitioners.
4.The said statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the intervener is recorded. The intervener is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are directed to approach the respondent police and submit an application. In such a case, the 2/4
respondent police shall consider for granting station bail on the same day.
6. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
