ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.411 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer, other than the third respondent herein under the supervision of the first respondent and to complete the investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.411 of 2019 and closed the same as 'undetected' and also filed a final report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3260 of 2020 the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar on 19.08.2020 itself.

3. In view of the above, transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner known to law, if they are so advised.
