When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.401 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, on 15.08.2015, but the same is not yet taken on file. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, is directed to pass orders on the report submitted by the respondent police, on 15.08.2015, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
